The Poppy Seed was founded in 2021 by Chef Angela Weir, who has been cooking since the early 2000s and is no stranger to cooking. She grew up with many cooks, including her grandmother, Sarah, a professional cook. We use fresh herbs and seasonings in our dishes. Our burgers are handmade, fresh, and cooked to order.
